At GREEN STAR A&B RENOVATION, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Manager to join our team. As a Sales Planning Manager, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, working with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, and leading sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Provide customer service
  • Manage events

As a Sales Planning Manager at GREEN STAR A&B RENOVATION, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and working closely with the marketing department to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
