Sales Manager

Embark on a journey with Easton's Group of Hotels and contribute to the success of our exceptional team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing business through direct sales solicitation for corporate accounts and business transient clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish a client base of individuals, organizations, associations, social, and/or corporate businesses through direct outside and inside selling.
- Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rentals, function space, and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines.
- Accurately produce and/or review all sales contracts, rate agreements, and banquet/catering event orders.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients.
- Arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients.
- Entertain clients per established company and hotel policies and guidelines.
- Conduct tours of the hotel and banquet facilities; entertain qualified potential clients per company and property policies and procedures.
- Accurately forecast all bookings and cancellations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to produce group and/or convention business.
- Attend and represent the hotel at trade shows and conventions.
- Participate in sales trips to key feeder markets.
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales or marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience. A related degree is desirable. Previous experience in hotel sales is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in other languages is desirable.
- A valid driver's license and access to personal transportation may be necessary.
