About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in North America. This role will be responsible for managing 50+ retail and carrier stores in a dedicated geographical territory.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with retail partners and field leadership, enabling them to drive strategic initiatives for increased sales and market share of brand products. Additionally, they will develop a comprehensive approach and tracking of training for direct/indirect customer sales, associate training, and influencing store associates at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Growth: Increase sell through and market share for each store within the designated territory through a combination of direct and indirect customer sales, associate training, and influencing store personnel at all levels.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and direct/indirect carrier stores to share knowledge and build brand advocacy.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to provide insights and feedback on current retail market conditions, opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Territory Management: Maintain a visible and consistent presence in designated carrier and retail stores within the assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 – 8+ years combined sales and/or retail sales experience with strong relative experience in retail business and/or wireless.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales and market/territory data to provide consultation and correction for under-performing stores.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members, sales associates, retail sales management, and clients.
