We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with training and development of front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and front desk activity.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
