At Sparkling Hill Resort, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk operations, and supervising a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Supervise a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Manage cash and operate a point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
