Hotel Front Desk Manager

The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk area. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk area, including handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Requisition and manage front desk supplies and equipment.
- Assist with training and development of front desk staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and staff on a regular basis. The role requires a high level of energy and a strong ability to multitask.
