- Ensure all customer communication is handled within departmental Key Performance Indicators, including scheduling, rescheduling, and collaboration with Nursing Services.
- Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies.

- Support and collaborate on new initiatives, including database enhancements and workflow process flows.
- Identify scheduling challenges and opportunities, and follow the department escalation process to resolution.
- Strategize with key stakeholders to proactively mitigate risk and achieve optimal patient experiences.
- Manage workload, including multitasking, and consistently evaluate and re-prioritize daily tasks.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with scheduling experience an asset.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to organize time, set priorities, and multitask to meet competing work deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team environment with a strong attention to detail.
