  • Identify scheduling challenges and opportunities, and follow the department escalation process to resolution.
  • Strategize with key stakeholders to proactively mitigate risk and achieve optimal patient experiences.
  • Manage workload, including multitasking, and consistently evaluate and re-prioritize daily tasks.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with scheduling experience an asset.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to organize time, set priorities, and multitask to meet competing work deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team environment with a strong attention to detail.
