Nurse Case Manager Role Overview

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill the Nurse Case Manager position in our Specialty Rx team. As a Nurse Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing patient care and support throughout the patient support program journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Reimbursement Specialist to support patients
  • Work as a single point of contact for physicians
  • Process a deep willingness to serve customers and drive positive customer and patient experience

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse (RN/RPN) License
  • Current registration/licensing with the provincial regulating body of residence
  • Experience in immunology considered an asset
