Job Title: Customer Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team at Jonas Software UK. As a key member of our Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of client concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expedite resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software solutions and their applications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the software industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows-based environments
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Accounting degree and/or experience an asset
