Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Software Support Team in the Construction Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our software products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the software industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
