Job Summary
Jonas Software, a leader in enterprise management software solutions, is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join its Construction Division. As a key member of the Software Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver high-quality support.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as necessary to ensure prompt resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software releases, and product updates to provide informed support and recommendations
- Work closely with the Support Manager to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and achieve team goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the software or construction industry
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of construction management software and industry best practices
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
