Job Description

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to join our Wealth Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, administrative support, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and efficient service to clients, advisors, and internal partners through various communication channels
  • Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, including client account management and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of client reviews and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Request and obtain necessary information and documentation from clients to maintain up-to-date client files
  • Prepare and coordinate mailings, such as seminars, newsletters, and information packages, to support business growth
  • Coordinate meetings for Investment Advisors, print and distribute reports, and monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will interact with clients and partners across Canada with diverse language needs
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) are mandatory
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities industry is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills are required
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, with a professional, warm, and friendly approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures is an asset
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and entrepreneurial spirit is highly valued
