We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to join our advisory team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our Investment Advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional servicing of client contacts, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, such as managing client accounts and preparing client reviews and presentations.
- Request information and documentation from clients to maintain accurate and up-to-date client files.
- Assist in preparing mailings, such as seminars and information packages, to support business growth and client engagement.
- Coordinate meetings and events for Investment Advisors, including printing and distributing reports.
- Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will interact with clients and colleagues across Canada with diverse language needs.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) are mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities industry is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills are essential.
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, with a professional, warm, and friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures is an asset.
