We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to join our advisory team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our Investment Advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional servicing of client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, including client account management and data entry.
- Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Request and obtain necessary documentation from clients to maintain accurate client files.
- Coordinate meetings and events for Investment Advisors, including printing and distributing reports.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of pending transfers and transactions.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will interact with clients and colleagues across Canada.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) are mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities industry is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills are necessary.
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service are essential.
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures is an asset.
