We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at BreathIn' Therapy Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent service.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to our customer service representatives to help them improve their performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on customer service metrics and team performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
