Job Title: Customer Service Clerks Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Clerks Supervisor to join our team at BreathIn' Therapy Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Clerks Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in supervising and training staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance and productivity.
  • Identify and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
