Strategic Total Rewards Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Total Rewards Leader to join our People & Culture Leadership Team at Beem Credit Union. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and executing the strategic vision of our Total Rewards portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with Beem's strategic goals and promotes financial wellness for all employees.
- Lead Total Rewards Teams: Lead high-performing teams of total rewards professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to ensure the delivery of exceptional total rewards programs.
- Compensation and Retirement Programming: Strategically design and manage compensation and retirement programs to attract, motivate, and retain key talent, ensuring Beem is always in a market-competitive position.
- Benefits, Wellbeing, and Disability Management: Lead the evaluation and implementation of benefits plans, wellbeing programming, and disability management practices, ensuring Beem's Health & Safety practices support employee wellbeing.
- Payroll Administration: Manage the ongoing disbursement of payroll, including applicable source deductions, processes incentive payments, and manages execution of all year-end reporting and filing in collaboration with Finance.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience leading high-performing teams and providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Compensation and Benefits Expertise: In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, including design, implementation, and management.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Competitive Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000.
