Your Impact
As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our Total Rewards initiatives. Your expertise will drive transformative change in our organization.
Total Rewards & Payroll
- Payroll, Benefits, and Pension: Oversee policy development and ensure accurate, timely processing.
- Compensation: Provide expert guidance in alignment with regulatory requirements and Collective Agreements.
- Job Architecture: Develop and implement a job architecture framework to standardize roles and align with industry benchmarks.
- Compliance: Ensure all programs and processes comply with legal standards through regular audits and proactive adjustments.
HRIS, Data Management, Reporting & Analytics
- HRIS & Data Integrity: Ensure data security, integrity, and accuracy through comprehensive audits.
- HRIS Optimization: Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance system efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop insightful reports and dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making.
Leadership & Team Management
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for payroll, benefits, pension, HRIS, and HR administration.
- Thought Leadership: Provide strategic insights and innovative solutions within the organization.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and contract compliance.
What You Bring
- Experience: 7-10 years in total rewards, compensation, benefits, HRIS, focusing on program design, compliance, and administration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; preferred HR designations (CHRP, CEBS, CPA).
- Expertise: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to inform strategic decisions.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, multi-unionized environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
