Job Description

Nuvei is seeking a highly skilled Global Total Rewards Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive total rewards programs that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Compensation Oversight: Design and refine executive compensation structures, including base salary, short- and long-term incentives, and equity-based compensation.
  • Global Benefits and Retirement Program Management: Ensure benefits and retirement programs are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and tailored to the diverse needs of a global workforce.
  • Total Rewards Integration in M&A: Support the integration of total rewards programs during mergers and acquisitions, including harmonization of compensation structures, benefits programs, and retirement plans.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Leverage deep market insights to recommend adjustments to salary structures, pay grades, benefits, retirement plans, and total rewards packages.
  • Oversight of Global Total Rewards Programs: Lead the global administration of Nuvei's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and retirement plans.
  • Total Rewards Framework Governance: Govern global salary structures, job leveling frameworks, benefits policies, and retirement plans to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Performance-Linked Compensation and Recognition: Collaborate with HR and senior business leaders to integrate compensation and benefits strategies with performance management systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in total rewards management, with a focus on global compensation strategy, benefits design, retirement program management, and M&A integration.
  • Significant experience in executive compensation is essential.
  • Expert analytical skills, including total rewards data analysis, market trend interpretation, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and actionable plans.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in total rewards modeling, financial analysis tools, and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to understand and integrate business and financial principles into compensation strategies.
