Key Responsibilities- Lead the Cooling team to achieve business objectives and drive segment growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve segment performance, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and key partners.
- Monitor and manage budget and financials, making informed business decisions to drive growth and profitability.
- Estimate projects and manage sales goals, ensuring achievement of sales and margin targets.
- Actively pursue key accounts and new prospects, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Support the marketing and sale of new towers, reconstruction jobs, and repairs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships through regular communication, presentations, and project discussions.
- Negotiate contracts, including pricing and terms and conditions, with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests for proposals, technical service issues, and other customer-centric needs.
- Effectively coach and develop the Cooling team for growth and success.
- Travel to customer sites as required throughout North America.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business segment management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in Engineering.
- Strong technical background and mechanical aptitude.
- Financial acumen and experience in a construction project environment.
- Proven communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% in Canada and the US.
