Business Development Manager

At Movati Athletic Inc., we're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Club Operations. As a General Manager - Fitness and Wellness, you'll be responsible for building a high-performing team that drives member loyalty and satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate possesses 5-7 years of experience in leading, motivating, and coaching high-performance teams. You'll be expected to leverage your expertise to create a competitive advantage for our organization, while fostering a culture of care, work ethic, authenticity, diversity, and commitment to a healthy work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional member experiences
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
