Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Business Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing business and financial advice to high-value small business clients, helping them to start, manage, and grow their enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, grow, and deepen client relationships through delivery of value-added, tailored financial advice
  • Proactively contact clients to understand their needs and changing circumstances
  • Plan and prioritize client and market activities to find opportunities and make introductions to RBC partners
  • Manage risk and exercise due diligence in all banking procedures
  • Champion digital enablement and be an advocate of RBC mobile and online applications

Requirements

  • Business development and client acquisition skills, including building and leveraging valuable Centres of Influence
  • Proven track record in exceptional client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
