Farm Supervisor Job Description

H D B Farms Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of livestock
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient farm operations
  • Treat and manage livestock health issues
  • Develop and implement farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Manage financial and production records
  • Negotiate with clients for services
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure compliance with farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Manage livestock performance records
  • Ensure quality control and production records
  • Hire and train staff
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
