Farm Supervisor Job Description

95 Enterprises LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Farm Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our agricultural farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient growth and development of crops, as well as the overall management of farm staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement crop growth strategies, taking into account factors such as water saturation, light, and temperature.
  • Supervise and oversee the work of farm staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of crop production and quality control.
  • Develop and implement soil fertility programs to optimize crop growth.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
  • Perform general farm duties, including crop harvesting and processing.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in farm management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing farm staff and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of crop growth and development, as well as soil fertility and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required.
  • Work in a fast-paced agricultural environment, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
