Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our Client Operations Team. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and administration of programs and business activities. You will be responsible for monitoring business activity, conducting analysis of applications and requests, and making recommendations for approvals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the activities of a team responsible for the delivery and administration of programs and/or business activities.
  • Monitor business activity and conduct analysis of applications and requests to ensure compliance with program guidelines and policies.
  • Make recommendations for approvals and recommend courses of action for non-standard requests.
  • Coordinate processing and administrative functions.
  • Validate and ensure accuracy of data inputted into the system.
  • Communicate and/or negotiate with clients and third-party providers to obtain and/or provide information and represent the Corporation and its interests as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between business lines and play a role in collecting and disseminating information that is crucial to the achievement of business objectives and project deliverables.
  • Support functional teams in reporting activities.
  • Ensure all documentation is in place in accordance with business requirements.

Requirements

  • A post-secondary education or an equivalent amount of education and experience in business or public administration.
  • A minimum of one year of prior relevant experience in securitization or mortgage underwriting.
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines and take initiative.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the application of sound judgment and the ability to escalate appropriately.
  • Oral and written communication skills including the ability to persuade others.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
