Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Credit Card Expert
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a credit card expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to credit cards, including balance checks, limit increases/decreases, authorized users, and fraudulent transactions.
- Provide assistance with digital capabilities, such as navigating the app and online banking.
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one team.
- Lead with empathy and apologize for delays with wait times.
- Client experience, servicing clients, fulfill immediate need and identify additional opportunities available to the client.
- Strictly dealing with credit cards, understand the product itself and help with interest calculations and how its captured, review transactions, identify any fraudulent transactions, what are the benefits of the card I have, how do I redeem my points.
- Critical thinking and dive into transactions and take care of simple fraud requests.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese or Bilingual in English and French.
- 1 year+ of fast-paced call center/customer service experience (call center, fast-paced retail, etc.).
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) with above-average keyboarding skills, internet, and computer navigation.
- Experience working in a team and metrics-based performance environment.
- Full availability Monday to Sunday 12PM-1AM local time.
- Minimum education requirements: High school.
