At Green Pharm Med Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our pharmacy department. As the head of daily operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our pharmacy team, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks, and driving business growth through strategic planning and market research.

Job Summary

The Senior Healthcare Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Manage staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor impact
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Implement price and credits policies, balancing profitability with customer satisfaction
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring quality and competitive pricing
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial stability and growth
  • Determine staffing requirements, ensuring adequate resource allocation to meet business needs
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring a high-performing team
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to support team development

Requirements

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare or retail management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • On-site work, with no option for remote work

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.

Work Environment

This role requires on-site work at our pharmacy location, with no option for remote work. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing daily operations and leading a team to achieve business goals.
