Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Leader to join our dynamic team at Loopio. As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue within the enterprise segment.
About the Role:
- Grow Revenue: Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the large enterprise market, generating new business revenue through forward-thinking sales initiatives.
- Partner Ecosystem: Foster strong relationships with external partners to drive collaborative sales efforts, enhancing business opportunities and reinforcing Loopio's position as a leader in the industry.
- Sales Cycle Navigation: Successfully navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders at Enterprise organizations, uncovering customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their evolving requirements.
- Client Engagement: Inspire prospective customers by delivering exceptional sales experiences, showcasing the Loopio platform's capabilities, and guiding them through the buying process.
- Proposal Development: Craft and negotiate sales proposals that exceed customer expectations, working closely with senior leadership to close significant opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with prospects, preparing them for success as customers with our Customer Experience team.
- Revenue Goals: Consistently meet and surpass quarterly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts to sales management and Loopio leadership.
- Product Alignment: Collaborate with Loopio's Product team to evolve the platform based on market trends and customer demands.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders at Enterprise organizations.
- Experience working within a partner ecosystem, fostering relationships and driving collaborative sales efforts.
- Ability to develop relationships with senior leaders and C-level executives.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce (or other CRMs), sales automation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and web conferencing tools.
- A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and excellent time-management abilities.
- Presentation skills to connect with clients via phone and demos.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture, motivated by highly driven team members.
