Master Auto Body Repair Specialist

We are seeking skilled Master Auto Body Repair Specialists to join our productive team at MasterTech in Richmond, BC. As a respected industry leader, we offer competitive compensation and a positive work environment.
CompensationWe provide an attractive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, with the potential to earn north of $150,000 for experienced technicians. Our bonus system rewards productivity, with tiers offering extra pay when billing exceeds certain thresholds.
- $1/hour extra when billing over 110 hours
- $1/hour extra when billing over 135 hours
- $1/hour extra when billing over 160 hours
Benefits include health, dental, vision coverage, uniforms, and a monthly tool allowance. We prioritize the well-being and success of our technicians.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have experience repairing or replacing body components, doors, fenders, frames, and underbody parts. They will also be skilled in using soldering equipment, cutting torches, and welding gear. We require attention to detail and a commitment to quality repairs.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess a Red Seal ticket, preferably in auto body repair. A strong understanding of collision repair techniques and processes is essential. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is also beneficial.
