Go Auto, one of Canada's largest auto dealership groups, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will have you working as a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst and providing desk-side support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Addressing and resolving basic and complex incidents and requests in a timely manner.
  • Entering quality information into tickets and capturing relevant data.
  • Managing incident and request workflows to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Building strong relationships within the organization by collaborating across departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Contributing to self-help knowledge bases and documenting common requests and incidents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a happy-to-help attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk environment.
  • Prior experience with CDK Global or the automotive retail industry is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows, and networking principles.

  • A competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
  • Three weeks of vacation after your first year, increasing to four weeks after five years and five weeks after ten years.

Additional Information

Please note that this is not a traditional 9-to-5 job. You will be required to work flexible hours within core business hours (7 am to 6 pm MDT) and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
