You'll be responsible for leading the most important business segment of Belron Canada, collaborating with key internal partners to leverage data-driven analyses and improve performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining productive relationships with Vice-presidents and Directors of our Regional Insurers
  • Personally managing a portfolio of key client accounts and establishing strong networks between the client organization and stakeholders
  • Responsible for the on-going sales support of the Regional Sales Team spread-out throughout the country
  • Leading solution design efforts and collaborating with key internal partners to leverage data-driven analyses to improve performance and to differentiate and improve products and user experiences
  • Utilizing a deep understanding of Belron Canada operations and the client's industry to propose strategic solutions that add value to their business
  • Managing business results of several large and complex insurance partners by analyzing market trends, monitoring financial results, adjusting plan as necessary, and optimizing resource utilization
  • Working with the digital experience team, the technical account management team and the client to conceptualize elements of digital strategy/digital-enabled business change projects, with the end-user/policy holder in mind
  • Negotiating contractual agreements with each client account
  • Achieving annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans for the insurance segment with the objective to increase sales and market share
  • Mentoring a team of 5 regional sales managers to achieve their goals
