As a key member of our Brantford team, the Leisure Travel Advisor will play a vital role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and personalized travel solutions
  • Collaborate with the Leisure Travel team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients
  • Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and services that meet client needs and preferences
  • Research and resolve travel-related issues efficiently and effectively
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a sales or advisory role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
