About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leisure Travel Advisor to join our team at Direct Travel. As a key member of our Brantford team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality travel experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leisure travel sales by building a clientele of new and existing business
  • Build client base through strategic marketing, networking, and partnerships
  • Sell Direct Travel's strategic supplier products and services
  • Plan and book travel itineraries, arrange accommodations and services
  • Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Continuously educate yourself on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of travel agency experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills
  • Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources
  • Proven pursuit of learning and self-development
  • Demonstrate personal and organizational integrity
  • Effective oral and written communications skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills that lead to productivity
  • Must be able to lawfully work in Canada
