As a key member of our Brantford team, the Leisure Travel Advisor will play a vital role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients. This exciting opportunity requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for travel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service and expert travel knowledge
  • Sell strategic supplier products and services to meet client needs
  • Plan and book travel arrangements, including accommodations and activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of travel agency experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills and ability to maintain a favorable company image
  • Proven pursuit of learning and self-development, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
