About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leisure Travel Advisor to join our team at Direct Travel. As a key member of our Brantford team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality leisure travel arrangements to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through proactive sales and marketing efforts
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on destination options, travel arrangements, and travel-related services
  • Research and resolve client travel-related issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide the best possible solutions for clients
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the travel industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of destination options, travel arrangements, and travel-related services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
