Direct Travel is seeking a skilled Leisure Travel Advisor to join our Brantford team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional leisure travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through personalized service and strategic marketing efforts
  • Sell Direct Travel's strategic supplier products and services
  • Plan and book customized itineraries, including travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to client travel-related problems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing education and training

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of travel agency experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a favorable company image when interacting with external sources
  • Proven pursuit of learning and self-development
  • Personal and organizational integrity
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills leading to productivity
