We are seeking a skilled Leisure Travel Advisor to join our Brantford team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service and expert travel knowledge.
  • Sell Direct Travel's strategic supplier products and services to clients.
  • Plan and book customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of travel agency experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain a favorable company image when interacting with external sources.
  • Proven pursuit of learning and self-development.
  • Personal and organizational integrity.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills that lead to productivity.
