At Ultramar, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Team Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including maintaining equipment and fixtures.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
