About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and sales results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth through merchandise planning, visual merchandising, and in-store promotions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints, addressing customer feedback, and continuously improving the shopping experience.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of retail management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
