Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ultramar. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and develop a team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
