Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including training and development, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service and meet productivity targets.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure that all areas of the store are adequately covered during peak periods.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering process to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store, including the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols, and report any incidents or near misses to management.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 1-6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the responsibilities and requirements of the role.

This is a permanent position with a guaranteed 30 hours per week. The working language is English.
