About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration: Ensure that all necessary forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond promptly to clients' inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about group and individual insurance packages, including risk coverage, benefits paid, and policy features.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell various types of insurance, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other insurance products.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: A provincial or territorial license is required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
