We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Professional to join our dynamic remote team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading generation and sales efforts, designing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, managing client relationships, and utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and monitor campaign effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the workforce, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to take ownership of your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and monitor campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the workforce.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take ownership of your success.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to engage with clients, prospects, and team members effectively.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience), plus performance-based bonuses.
