Clerical Staff for Clinical and Outpatient Services

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Staff to join our team at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical and outpatient services, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our consult teams and telemedicine services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter payroll information into the TES system
- Provide reception services and respond to patient inquiries
- Order supplies and maintain a well-stocked office
- Communicate with patients, clinical team members, and other stakeholders
- Book patient appointments and manage schedules
- Enter data into electronic databases, including registrations and discharges
- Maintain accurate statistics and reports
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a clerical position
- Completion of a minimum of 2 years of Community College Office Administration
- Keyboarding and typing speed of 40wpm
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
