Family Services Windsor-Essex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide oversight and leadership to our clinical counselling team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of clinical counsellors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures, ensuring evidence-based practice and adherence to agency standards.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Mental Health and Counselling Programs to develop and implement program plans and strategies.
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for the clinical team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure a positive and supportive work culture.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective implementation of joint agreements.
  • Provide leadership coverage in the absence of the Director, working closely with other Agency Managers and Coordinators.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
  • Registered Social Worker Designation, Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers in good standing.
  • Critical Incident Response (CIR) Certification.
  • CBT certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in supervising a diverse clinical team, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Social Work.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and counselling skills.
  • Strong advocacy skills on behalf of vulnerable individuals.
  • Proven computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
