Physician Clinical Support Specialist Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physician Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical practice by providing comprehensive administrative and clinical support to our physicians.
Responsibilities:- Provide essential administrative support to physicians, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating referrals.
- Maintain a well-stocked inventory of medical supplies and equipment in exam rooms.
- Assist physicians with various clinical procedures and post-operative care, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Accurately document patient encounters and other relevant information within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Possess a valid medical degree.
- Have prior experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a physician's office or hospital environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be flexible and available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
