About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Publisher Director to join our team at International People Solutions. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition and onboarding of new supply side opportunities and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Manage Deals: You will be responsible for negotiating and managing deals with key players in the industry, ensuring that our company's interests are represented and that we achieve our revenue goals.
  • Pipeline Management: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end experience for key players, including the development and implementation of a pipeline for matchmaking.
  • Vertical Focus: You will be responsible for maintaining and securing a pipeline of key targets in the following verticals: Sweeps, VOD, LeadGen/SOI, and Dating, and working towards revenue goals set for the company.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: You will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue increases, and attracting new publishers to our network.
  • Account Review and Optimization: You will be responsible for establishing new publisher opportunities and optimizing existing partnerships through effective account review and proactivity in proposing new targeted offers.
  • Collaboration with Business Development Team: You will work closely with the business development team to maximize publisher opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Analytical Skills: You will need strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel application, including formulas, customized reports, and formatting.
  • Communication Skills: You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) to ensure that publishers receive the attention and knowledge they deserve.
  • Industry Experience: You will need experience with leading affiliate network platforms and understanding of performance marketing monetization models and tracking technology.
  • Book of Business: You will need a strong book of business and a minimum of 2 years experience as Publisher Manager in the VOD, Sweep, and Dating verticals.
