Nethourglass Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring that our systems and software are running smoothly.

About the Role:

We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system and software issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, including Linux, file management software, Python, C++, MS Office, and spreadsheet
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
