Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GN IT & Management Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our clients and employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network equipment
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
Work Environment:

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of technical professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35-40 hours per week.
