Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reception and Administrative Support Assistant. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
Provide reception, registration, and admission services to clients
Maintain accurate records and files
Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Medical Administrative Assistant diploma
Intermediate computer skills
Organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
